As you know school will be closed for a teacher training day tomorrow. We hope that you all have a wonderful break and look forward to your safe return after the holiday. Have fun!
Amazing artwork
The children from Class 5 had a super day withย the artist in residence. They suggested ideas, designed and created an amazing piece of artwork, linkedย to our school mission statement,ย for the entranceย of our school. We are very proud of the finished design and look forward to sharing it with all of our friends and visitors.
All are welcome to attend Class 3’s Mass, which will take place tomorrow at 9.30am, refreshments will be available afterwards in the school hall. Our Class 5 children will not be attending tomorrow as they will be working with an artist in residence for the day.
Class 2 have had fun learning all about Baptism. They could talk about the sacrament and used religious words and phrases well to describe what was happening. Well done boys and girls!

Once upon a time …
We absolutely love our new topic ‘Once upon a time…’. We have had fun debating whether or not the Big Bad Wolf is really ‘bad’, we’ve designed our own healthy meals to fill him up and we’ve even started to build a fairytale castle reading area! Watch this space for more of Class 2’s fairytale adventures!
This has been a very busy and successful term, and it has been great to see the children develop in so many ways. They have all really enjoyed the run up to Christmas, especially the visit to the pantomime yesterday! As well as the fun activities, the children have also remembered the true meaning of Christmas.
On behalf of all the staff, I would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas.
We had such a lovely party today! Thank you Santa for our super presents!
