We marked Remembrance Day in our school by observing a silence at 11 and we took part in prayers and reflections related to remembrance. Following a strict risk assessment with all protocol followed, two of our School Council members took a handmade wreath to the memorial in Shotton.

Today we took part in a nature study lesson. This involves taking part in observations in our natural environment and making scientific sketches. It was great to go outside for our science lesson and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

In our science lesson today we took part in a practical science lesson looking looking at how digestion works in humans. It was a bit gross at times but we all enjoyed it and learned a lot taking part!

Today we have been celebrating World Book Day. We made our own t-shirts based on our favourite books and made sure to include lots of vocabulary. We then showed our artwork to each other and the rest of our school. Everyone had a great World Book Day!
